Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue

• Products must be unused and in original packaging

• Customized or made‑to‑order products

• Items damaged due to improper use

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
